North Korea’s state run KCNA news agency had some harsh words about Trump’s Twitter habit on Wednesday according to a CNN report.
KCNA published an article in which it says that the President of the United States frequently posts “weird articles of his ego-driven thoughts in his twitter” and “spouts rubbish to make his assistants have a hard time.”
The article went on to describe South Korea’s defense minister as a puppet for America and “a running dog of the US” who is “pinning hope on that mad guy.”
The article came out only hours after Trump said, “But, Kim Jong Un, I respect the fact that I believe he is starting to respect us. I respect that fact very much. Respect that fact.”
This also comes on the heels of a US-South Korean joint military exercise which start Monday August 27. KCNA calls the yearly drills “too radical and dangerous.”
Although the US and South Korea insist that the military exercises are for defensive purposes, North Korea warned that “we won’t just sit and watch the behaviors of the foolish people whose blood is burning with revenge.”
